How many people can play at once?

A maximum of 8 players. Our experience does not support any additional players. For larger groups, you will need to book back-to-back sessions.

Can I Wear My Glasses?

Glasses cannot be worn in this experience. We recommend that you wear contacts as glasses can scratch and damage the headset lenses.

Our headsets have adjustable tabs under each lens so that players can adjust their vision.

Who can or can't play?

Players must be 13 years and over to play.

Players under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to play. You will not receive a refund or credit.

  • One eye: Can play
  • Pregnant: Not recommend for those who are heavily pregnant
  • Heart condition: Not recommended
  • Wheelchair: This experience is not currently wheelchair friendly
  • Epilepsy: Cannot play
  • One-handed customers: Cannot play
  • Broken arm/leg: Cannot play
  • Deaf: Cannot play

You will need to be able to walk around, unassisted for an hour with full use of both hands.

The date I'm looking for isn't available, how can I book?

We release sessions 4-6 weeks in advance. If the date you are looking for is not available, do not panic! 'Like' our Facebook page to keep updated with our release dates: https://www.facebook.com/zerolatencyau

Can this experience cause motion sickness?

Every part of the system is designed to give you an immersive experience without any of the motion sickness typically associated with virtual reality systems.

Since changing our headsets in November 2016, 0.02% of our players have pulled out due to motion sickness.

Will I walk into a wall?

No. We have in-game safety mechanisms to stop that happening. It is up to you to pay attention and follow all instructions at all times to remain safe.

How big a space can I move in?

You will have either 400 or 200 square metres of game space, but the virtual space is much larger. We reuse the space with some nifty tricks we have developed.

Can I buy a gift voucher?

At this stage, we do not sell gift vouchers.

Is there parking available?

Yes. We have plenty of parking in front of our venues on private property and off street.
